2. Eligibility and Use
You may use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws and respect third-party rights.
3. Proxy Cards Disclaimer
We respect the intellectual property rights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Our service provides proxy cards exclusively for casual play and playtesting purposes. We do not produce, distribute, or sell replicas, counterfeits, or unauthorized reproductions of official Magic: The Gathering cards, and we do not infringe upon Wizards of the Coast's copyrights or trademarks.
Our proxy cards are not authorized for use in any official, sanctioned Magic: The Gathering tournaments or competitive events. According to official Magic: The Gathering Tournament Rules, proxies are only permitted in sanctioned tournaments when issued by a Head Judge for damaged cards during that event. Our proxy cards are intended solely for non-commercial, unsanctioned play and playtesting.
By using our service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and agree to use our proxy cards only for their intended purpose of casual play and playtesting in unsanctioned settings. You are responsible for ensuring your use is permitted by your playgroup, venue, and local laws. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Prices are shown in NZD unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Orders may be rejected or cancelled if unlawful or impractical to fulfill.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within New Zealand via online checkout. International shipping is available by enquiry — email mtgproxynz@gmail.com with your full shipping address and card quantity for a quote estimate. We will prepare your order and email you a tracking number once it has shipped. Orders can take up to a week to process. Please allow 2–5 business days for standard shipping after dispatch within New Zealand. If your New Zealand address is rural, you must select Rural Standard Economy at checkout; otherwise dispatch may be delayed and a separate rural shipping payment will be required. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers upon handoff to the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
Site content, designs, and tooling are our intellectual property or used under license. Third-party trademarks and artworks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced nominatively only.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from use or inability to use the services.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are a small New Zealand business and all proxy cards are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
If you experience a payment error or receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days and we will correct the issue or provide a refund if applicable.

Shipping Options and Timeframes
- Online checkout currently supports New Zealand delivery addresses.
- Tracked courier services are used where available.
- Standard Economy: please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rural Standard Economy: please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch, for rural delivery addresses.
- Delivery estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We now ship outside New Zealand. International orders are not available through online checkout — please enquire by email first. Email mtgproxynz@gmail.com with your full shipping address and the number of cards you want, and we will reply with a shipping quote estimate.
Rural Delivery
If your delivery address is in a rural area, you must select Rural Standard Economy at checkout. Orders shipped to rural addresses without this option may be held until dispatch, and you will be required to pay the rural shipping surcharge separately before your order is sent.
Processing and Production
We will prepare your order after checkout. Orders can take up to a week to process before shipment. Large or custom orders may require additional time. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery, Tracking, and Risk of Loss
Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Once your order has been handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist in lodging a claim or sending a replacement where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, redelivery fees, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
