3. Proxy Cards Disclaimer

We provide custom printed proxy cards for casual play and testing. These are not official Magic: The Gathering products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. You are responsible for ensuring your use is permitted by your playgroup, venue, and local laws.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices are shown in NZD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Orders may be rejected or cancelled if unlawful or impractical to fulfill.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Estimated timeframes provided at checkout are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers upon handoff to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content, designs, and tooling are our intellectual property or used under license. Third-party trademarks and artworks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced nominatively only.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from use or inability to use the services.

We are a small New Zealand business and all proxy cards are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We recommend ordering a small quantity first to assess print and card quality before placing larger orders.

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

If you experience a payment error or receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days and we will correct the issue or provide a refund if applicable.

Shipping Options and Timeframes

• We currently ship within New Zealand only.
• Tracked courier services are used where available.
• Estimated delivery within NZ: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates exclude production time and are not guaranteed.

Processing and Production

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to produce before shipment. Large or custom orders may require additional time. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery, Tracking, and Risk of Loss

Tracking details will be emailed when available. Once your order has been handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist in lodging a claim or sending a replacement where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, redelivery fees, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
